my baby is 5 month 20 days old when my period start my delivery is normal Nd I m. breastfeeding mom

A. Hi mommy Many women have lactation amenorrhea that is no menses upto one year or more while other May have periods after two three months It’s all normal and common Do abdominal stretching exercise yoga take healthy protein diet
