my baby is 5 momths 27 days old i have given him cerelac from last 4 days after that he is doing stool 4 to 5 time after every feed. What could be the reason.

As long as your baby's poos are soft and easy to pass, there's no cause for concern

Changing from an all-milk diet to a diet that includes food means their digestive system has some adapting to do. Their poo will change colour and smell, and they may poo more often or less often than before.
