my baby is 5 m 23 days can I start solid foods

A. Dear mum, wait for 7 more days for your baby to complete 6 months and then introduce top food. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

A. hi dear There is good evidence that it's best to wait until at least 4 months of age to start solids, unless advised otherwise by a doctor for a specific medical reason. Starting solids between 4 and 6 months of age may give babies a boost in iron nutrition, assuming they're getting some good dietary sources of iron.
