my baby is 4months old... he's doing loose motion 4to5 in a day .. i take him to the doctor.. but doctor said it's viral infection.. it's normal.. but it's been 2weeks still he's doing same.. other said not worry it's teeth motion ... what to do.?

Exclusively breastfeed which is the best for baby at this age and keep your baby well hydrated. Sterilise the bottle after every use. Burp your baby well after every feed.
