Q.
my baby is 4months and 12 days old.she will be very active and use to play by shouting loud.from past 3 days she is very dull and not at all shouting.she will be silent and not giving voice .she just smile

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi,As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds and foods, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms, gaining weight and height according to the age, developing motor skills on time, then nothing to worry about.
But if you are seeing some noticable change in the baby behaviour, so consult with your pediatrician once.
