My baby is 4months 10days old.. My thighs are paining when I getup from chair? For few mins couldn’t walk correctly. Is it normal after labour ?

A. very important to take iron calcium vitamin b12 folic acid till at least 6 months of age from post pregnancy

A. My doctor didn’t recommend any supplements after delivery. Is it ok to take iron and calcium supplements from now

A. that is why it is very important that you should take all the supplements which has been given by your doctor that is calcium vitamin d iron folic acid

A. good afternoon it is possible that you had a muscle pull this thing is not normal I would recommend that you should take calcium supplement everyday you should try to take turmeric milk at night before sleeping
