ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, any sort of top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

Yes you can give after six months
Give bm or formula milk now
The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow. Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions
