my baby is 45 days old and vaccinated on 2nd may but he already had cold and started vomiting the milk. Can we consult doctor? is it advisable to use medications after vaccine?

for vomiting you can give drops domstal or drops perinorm 2 to 3 drops half an hour before feed and then wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then you can give feeding.
during this time please keep the child in an upright position.
vomiting medicines can be given maximum 3 times per day if required.
it is important to meet the doctor to rule out any obstruction and regurgitation and reflux issues in the child
