my baby is 45 days old and is on breastfeeding she is pooping seedy lime( attached picture) yellow and poop 3 to 4 times a day and poop during breastfeeding.. and she is active without any problem..is that normal

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment alyiong with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it ycould be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it would be better if you can check on your diet first as this can effect your baby tummy and and if the frequency is just 3 or 4 times it is usually not a problem and if the frequency is more than it would be better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and safe
