my baby is 45 days and had her 6 week vaccination. she is not drinking breastmilk properly. she had only 10 min feed at a gap of 3+ hours. 3 feeds in 8 hrs and generally her feed is every 1.5, hrs. should I be concerned

A. most of the pains after taking the vaccine there will be lot of pain swelling fever baby may not be taking feeding for one or two days no need to worry you paracetamol to the baby
