my baby is 42 months old she had fever before 3 days for 36hrs yesterday she didn't have temperature buy doctor suggested covid test and test result is negative but from yesterday mng she had rashes on her skin can I know what's the reason for rashes? can I give her egg ?

But it get normal by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. You should add more fluids in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated. If your baby is feeling better than yes you can give egg to your baby
