my baby is 42 days old now she is healthy and taking feeding normal but it's been 3 days she has not passed stool andcbecause of that she is crying very often.I tried every nauska of Home remedies as well as doctor once prescribe tonic colicaid but till now she didn't passed stool please suggest what to do.? How long do I wait before taking her to doctor

Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.
