ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hey thats normal breastfeeding babies can do that. breastfeed gets absorbed almost wholly. Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. If your baby is only being breastfed they may not poop every day. This is because their body can use up almost all the components of breast milk for nutrition and there is very little left that needs to be eliminated. After the first 6 weeks or so they can go even a week or two without a poop.
