my baby is 41 days old he has not pooping from last three days and spitting a milk and passing gas too much given colicad 2 time what else can do

Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Constipation is very common is babies. do tummy and leg massage with coconut oil in circular motion, avoid top up milk if started.
