my baby is 4 yr 6 month old.. He Is fair in colour but his neck area is black.. how to clean it??

you can use paste of Turmeric powder + lemon juice or mixture of masoor dal + rose water while bathing your child.
or you may use pure aloe vera gel too.
Use gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes to keep that area clean.
