My baby is 4 year 3m old but she is unable to stand properly without support and she speak only some words as papa amma etc due to global development delay problem.how can I improve her growth And intelligence?

A. it nee to be seen .Pediatric doctor should examine as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only . Also it may be required to have some test .
