Q.

My baby is 4 months old today. He weighs 4.5kgs only. All his tests And ultrasounds are normal. He is an active baby. He vomits milk sometimes. What shoud I do? He isn’t gaining weight since 1 month at all.

A. hello Dear mum exclusive breastfeeding for the initial six months of age is good and advisable breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age as a mother have a healthy diet and do not stay empty stomach for long
