My baby is 4 months old. She got fever with 101 , 101.7 temperature. We are using paracetamol 100 drops 0.5 ml for every 6 hours. But she is crying continuously and not sleeping. So we started using colic drops . Still she is not sleeping well. Please suggest me anything
