my baby is 4 months old now I'll feed him at intervals of time but he feel thirsty I cant give him milk again and again as he puke out the milk coz his tummy is full so is there any alternate of milk as he dnt feel thirsty

A. Yes, but not of the H2O variety. Your little one — if under 6 months old — should be receiving both nutrition and hydration from breast milk or formula milk.
