My baby is 4 months old.. how can I extend my maternity leave since I’m the only one to look after my baby

A. hi mom yes u can rather u will have to if there is no one to look after ur child .. you should do exclusive breast feeding till 6 Mon

A. Extension of period The Maternity (Amendment) Bill 2017 has extended the earlier 12 weeks' leave to 26 weeks. The pregnant employee can bifurcate the leave as post and pre-delivery. 8 weeks of leave can opt before the delivery and remaining post-childbirth.
