My baby is 4 months old. Her palms & feets are moist (wet) most of the time. Her palms skin kind of getting peel of. is this normal in babies. Her palm photo is attached for your reference.

A. Ya as new born or very little babies mostly close their hand and make a fist most of the time so it becomes wet and due to which sometimes the skin of their hand peel off,there is nothing to worry about it.
