my baby is 4 months old He has a green stool with some black spots and red spots what to do

Since the child doesn’t eat anything in this age which is why when you see red colour that usually is due to blood into the poop of your child so currently I’m just going to advise you that you please take an advice with your doctor on that it could be an infection in the gut and according to that they can help you with right medication to follow
