my baby is 4 months old he drinks cow's milk during day n formula milk at night and is always constipated

A. it is not advisable to give cow milk to the baby of the baby has not completed one year of age give only breast milk and if not possible then formula milk can be given

A. Hi mommy Give BM or formula milk Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Give adequate feeding
