my baby is 4 months old, he catch cold, has a congested nose and throat. what's the solve?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongeshgtants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .

Try giving indirect steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil for skin warmth.
