my baby is 4 months old but she has a wait of 5 kg only. she is taking milk of similac.what should I do. My wife is not able to feed her. Please help.

What was the birth weight of your child you should take that into consideration and check how much has your child gained by completing the age of four months or child should I have gained a minimum of 2 kg on top of the birth if that is the situation then it is a healthy weight gain
