A. if your baby is breast fed than it's okay, because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok. Less than six month. massage the lower left side of his abdomen, do bicycling motion of legs onto and away from his abdomen this may stimulate the muscles to contract and move matter for evacuation.

A. Hello mam, constipation is common in breast feeding babies. No need to worry about this. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breastfeeding babies are rarely constipated. Do cycling exercise of legs and give warm compress on the stomach gently for easy passing of stool. If ur baby is active and comfortable then no need to worry.
