my baby is 4 months old and she is not passing urine since 24 hours.is it normal or need to consult doctor

Its Absolutely I’m normal because at this age a child is going to pass you done for at least 10 to 12 times in a day on the minimum side if your child is not passing that kind of urine then it’s definitely a matter of concern that you need to take care of
