My baby is 4 months old and she didnt poop from last 6 days? What can i do.. as she is on breastfeeding only

There is no problem as constipation in this age is very normal for the child a child can go without pooping for 7 to 10 days or 10 days to 12 days also days also addressed and there is absolutely no problem in that if your child is comfortable showing no sign of discomfort and you don’t have to worry about it at all
