Q.

my baby is 4 months old and he is suffering cold and cough and nose are block due to zukam and make some noise taking breath.i give him medicines properly but no improvement

A. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations arfound the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is nfo improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to consult with your doctor and start using proper prescribe medication to make sure that the child is not having any issue complete the entire course of treatment
