my baby is 4 months old and he is premature so he is underweight and is on powder milk and not having mother feed at all so what should I feed him so that he can gain his weight and immunity?

A. hello you should continue to gve baby infant formula milk only and nothing else till the baby compltes 6 months and f required you may chage the brand of the infant formula milk which you give for the baby so that it helps on the growth of your child also
