my baby is 4 months old and he is having some dandruff like deposit in his soft spot in his head. is it ok or can harm?

Wash hands often
Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
