Hello,if babies stool is watery then there may be possibility baby may have upset tummy due to hot weather and if you are breastfeeding mother then you need to eat healthy and fresh food only as it effects baby and keep on feeding your baby more and always make sure that babies arms and legs and infact foot should be covered when baby sleeps in an air-conditioned room.
