my baby is 4 months 9 days old..she can turn on her sides only partially instead of fully..is this normal doctor or else she should turn completely..when should i check the doctor

A. This is ok. Generally Around 4 months the Babies will be able to hold their head. Around six months their neck muscles and head control will be stronger. This will enable them to roll over.
