Milestones of the babies are achived by them at different pace because every baby is unique.
so please don't be too concerned about the activities to be observed
please make sure that your breast milk supply is nutritious and apt for her.
please give her your time and touch .
please maintain healthy moderate and seasonal diet.
don't over eat and please don't include packaged and processed food, maida itemsans RO water in your diet.
