my baby is 4 month old. trifer (iron) solution has bern prescribed. after he has taken it he is passing stool slight blackish colour with red streaks at time. is it normal?

Hello ma’am Black colour stool is completely normal and common because it is due to iron tablets or supplements you are giving but if you are seeing traces of blood or redness into it then that is not good for that I would advise you to consult your doctor as it could be a sign of stomach infection or something
