Q.
my baby is 4 month old since 10days she is not drinking milk and she is on formula feed... even after feeding In small amounts and she is avoiding I'm burping well and she is avoiding bottle to keep it in her mouth.. I tried feeding her with spoon still she is not liking to drink milk, I'm giving her lactogen 1... she is not showing interest and even I'm not forcing her.. but after many hours (6-7hrs) also she is not demanding for milk... I'm very much concerned please suggest..?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. first meet the dr for growth assessment. if growth and weight gain is adequate then no need to worry about milk intake. weight gain usually decrease with increasing age of thed child.
if urine output is more than 7 to 8 times per day and child is playful overall then no need to worry much.
see for oral thrush, ulcer , teething pain, discomfort,fever cold , colidc which might be affecting the milk intake
