Q.
my baby is 4 month old now but he is not gaining weight I think he is about around 4.5 kg and still head is not standing please give me suggestions

as baby will double the birth weight around 4-6months..
maintain gap between feeds..
exclusively breast feed till six months, mother milk helps in weight gain..
you can give zincovit drops or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric..
