My baby is 4 month old. i got her vaccination 2 day before. from two days she is having watery bubbly stool. like foaming stool. gassy also. morning there was a drop of blood strain.i am giving her unobiotics from 2 days

A. drop of blood in stool should be immediately reach the doctor.. as it may because of some infection.. apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and gently massage in circular motion take care
