my baby is 4 month old.can I give dabur janma ghunti to him.plz suggest

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi avoud janam ghutti Babies take some air while feeding. If hungry they may drink in Haste which leads to sucking of more gases inside and as these gases escape they may take along some milk also which occurs as spitting or reflux. reflux of curdled milk or posseting is common in babies. As the nose is connected to the roof of the back of throat the rrefux may sometimes come out through the nose as well. Hold baby upright after every feed for about 10 minutes to release the gases and gently massage his back. Giving tummy time and leg bicycling also helps. Avoid overfeeding at once

Sonam PrasadMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy7 years agoA. no dear.. you have to give exclusively breastfeeding to your baby till 6 months in every 2 to 3 hours or when baby demands because Breast milk is one of the best foods for babies under 6 months to gain weight. Since mother’s milk is more nutritious than any other foods, it is good to exclusively breastfeed babies for the first 6 months. If a baby is breast fed, mum needs to eat more nutritious foods to have enough milk supply and to increase the quality of milk.
