my baby is 4 month old and he is on formula feed but he is doing only green poo so it is normal

A. Green colour stool is normal only, If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day. Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion. Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva. A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby. de

A. Yes,it's normal and formula milk feeding babies does that it's okay,and secondly there is also a reason that baby may have catched cold and due to which babies pass green color motion,do first find out proper reason and then solve it.
