My baby is 4 month old and has developed watery like blister which initially looked like a mosquito bite. As of now there is only one such bump on his leg. Can anyone explain why this occurred. Is it serious?

A. it appears to be a skin blister which does not require any major treatment but if the child is havingz pain you can give paracetamol and if it burst open you can apply t-bact creamz 0
