My baby is 4 month her body temperature 36.2 c her head is very hot she is very cranky n irritable

Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines . Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours . gum swelling can cause baby cranky
