my baby is 4 month and 1 day old and suffering from cold and cough ..please advise how to cure cough..m giving her nasal saline solutions..

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a cough and cold so don’t give her a bath and give 12 drops of Ascoril Ls and 9 drops sinarest three times a day

A. brozeet-ls drops to the baby bjcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
