Q.
My baby is 4 mnth old.. She is an IUGR baby.. Her poop is greenish colour.. She takes formula feed... Is there anything wrong in her body.. Why her poop is not normal coloured??

sometimes formula also can cause green Poop if frequency is too much watery and running do consult your pediatrician and ask for another formula.
also I recommend you to feed your baby exclusively breast milk till first 6 months
you can seek help from lactation expert..
