Q.

my baby is 4 &half months old and she's crying for almost an hour can't able soothe her tried to nurse is not taking , tried rocking still she's not stopping to cry ..can you please help

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other rseasons cofuld be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

A. Bonnisan Can be given to the child five drops as and when required maximum four times in a day see at this age it is very common with kids to cry due to colic pain and sometimes when they are not able to fart properly that time also they cry like this so in either of the cases you can use this medicine
