Q.

My baby is 4 days old and due to breastfeeding and formula milk baby is passing loose motions please prescribe medication

A. dear mum the normal stool of baby is runny almost like loose motion if baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then don't worry maintain good hygiene
