Q.
my baby is 4 and half months old. he is continuously sucking on his thumb. is it okay? should I give him a pacifier instead? is it safe?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is a not al.habjt .As per you have mentioned it is normal for the babies and all . No need to worry for same but if you feel then can consult a near by doctor for examination of baby .

Teething Maybe happening which is why your child is Behaving like this because when kids are in the process of having their teeth sometimes they do not want to eat anything they just keep taking them into their mouth which is quite a sign for this is that the child is in the process of teeth eruption
