my baby is 4 and a half month old.he wakes up very often in his sleep and goes back to sleep only after being fed. I have to feed him every hour.Is my milk sufficient for him ?please help

A. hello yes it is normal and you can once check if there is sufficient breast milk or not.. if baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it means baby is getting sufficient breast milk and you may express your milk and check in the same too
