my baby is 4.5months and he is peeing only 6/7 times and have not poop for 4/5days what can be done

Pooping not pooping for 10 to 15 days is normal in this state but if your child is not passing sufficient amount of urine I think it would be a good idea for you get it check with the doctor and maybe your child is not taking enough amount of feed as required as per the age
