my baby is 4.5 months old,she is pooping 5 times today. poop is little watery and having white seeds like particle should we worry?

A. hello doctor my baby is still pooping averagely 4 times a day.it is little watery but seeds like martial is not present now.should we worry for this or is any medicine required for this?

A. yes it s normal a Nd fine as per what it has been mentioned so this it looks like to be a normal thing and so you do not worry about this at all for now so
