Q.
My baby is 4.5 months old. Shall i give urai tablets daily?. I am from tamilnadu, dont know everywhere there is a practice of giving this ayurvedic medicine. This tablet is suggested to mix with breast milk and give to baby. Anyone who knows about this well please suggest shall we give this daily?

No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

My parents suggested to give till 1 years. They said it boosts your immune system. Meanwhile I also like to say that when Iam a kid they used to give me also. I believe in it

Continue breastfeeding your baby well abc maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. You can start giving semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk from 6 months completion.
